For many dog-folk going for a daily dog walk, Dubai style, is a choice of 'round the block' or stealing a few quiet moments in a somewhat green (ish) area to sneak an unleashed experience for the dogs. Driving off into the desert is fun but not something we can all do on the regular.
Legally dogs are not allowed off the lead in UAE public areas but to have a well adjusted dog they require socialisation and training. Without the opportunity to practice obedience tasks off the lead and around other dogs, it can be challenging to achieve.
Introducing our solution to socialising, outdoor fun and exercise with dogs!
UNLEASHED is a 26,000 square foot dog park in the middle of the city set to open in Dubai . Providing a huge, safe, enclosed space to exercise dogs on natural grass!

Our Story: Concept to Reality
After attending our first outdoor Ripe market in October 2015 at Zabeel Park, we remember thinking what a shame that another cool venue is no go for dogs. How nice would it be to grab a coffee, walk the dogs and sit in the sun like most parks of other dog friendly cities?
We eventually proposed the idea of an outdoor dog park to the team at Ripe and thanks to their dog loving team members who saw the value and drove this unique concept to the finishing line, here in 2019 we can close the year with hours of fun at a beautiful outdoor dog park in the centre of Dubai.
However we could not do this park alone!
Following the green light from Ripe, we partnered and collaborated with the UAE's number one boarding and day care facility SPOT! Their expertise on managing safe play with multiple dogs plus sharing our passion for dog friendly living, make them essential to the success of this park.
You will get to meet one half of 'TEAM-UNLEASHED' when you take your dog to the FREE but mandatory assessment at SPOT! Daycare in Al Quoz (10 mins from UNLEASHED dog park).
A small idea has turned into a big beautiful dog park that we hope will become your destination of choice for outdoor dog walk fun!
Important details:
Assessments are proven to reduce the risk of dog fights and misdemeanours. They remove owner bias when analysing the behaviour and it is considered by reputable dog trainers to be an invaluable piece of information to recognise warning signals of discomfort and learn what your dogs comfort threshold is with others. By allowing 2-3 hours to assess each dog, we can accurately assess temperament by giving the dogs time to settle in and and relax before they meet a variety of dogs.
How to register and book assessment for UNLEASHED dog park?
- Register for UNLEASHED and book your dog for a FREE Assessment at Spot day care.
- Bring up to date vaccination records and Pet Passport to your Assessment.
- Choose Membership package (Pay as you go, Multi Pass, Monthly, Seasonal)
Note: Bookings need to be made in advance. Call or message Spot Daycare for your appointment. Vaccination records will be required in accordance with UAE law. Please bring these to the assessment.

Pricing
To use the UNLEASHED dog park there are three pricing options to choose from. We have taken into consideration that some people have multiple dogs in the family so we have made special rates for second and third dogs.
Day Pass: AED 50
Valid from opening to closing for that day and you can come back as many times as you want in that time period.
If you only ever plan to use the park once or twice every so often then the day rate is best for you.
Monthly Pass: AED 375
Great for travellers, you can commit to the months that you are in town. It is also recommended for those that want to visit at least twice a week in a given month. As a monthly member you benefit from special discounts and promotions for the months that you are subscribed.
Seasonal Pass: AED 2000 (always check our Instagram page as the pricing will be altered in the later stages of the season)
Due to the extreme heat of Dubai summers the park is a seasonal activity due to being an exclusively outdoor park.
Season runs from 18th October 2019 until 31st May 2020
For unlimited play at the park for the 225 day season, this would cost less than 7 dhs per day for one dog. Seasonal members have exclusive discounts with 9 dog friendly restaurants, retailers and services.
