Delivery Partner
Your order will usually be delivered by UPS but we may use another third party delivery company from time to time.
General info
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order or offer you a suitable alternative.
Delivery Location
Items offered on the website are available for delivery to addresses in the UAE but some zones are too remote and we therefore have to provide an alternative delivery option. Contact info@howlandgrowl.com if your location is outside the delivery zones so we can arrange an alternative solution.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 24-72 hours.
Delivery Times
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are to be used as a guide and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Orders placed by 12pm can usually be delivered the next day in Dubai but can take 2-3 working days. Please note that deliveries are scheduled (Monday to Friday). Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will try our best to accommodate you.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
Tracking your items is possible via the airway bill provided by the courier and/or Howl & Growl. The courier may contact you to confirm the delivery address as per their usual protocol in the UAE.
International Shipping
We also accept orders from international customers but we have to quote separately before you place your order for shipping costs and delivery time. You will notice at checkout it will not list countries outside of UAE until we have quoted your shipping separately. Please contact info@howlandgrowl.com once we know your destination country and address we can work on the most economical quote for you.
Duties Tax
Please be aware that all goods are sent from the U.A.E, and in cases where the buyer of such goods and services are being shipped outside of the U.A.E, they are generally subject to local import duties, customs and taxes (VAT/GST) in the country of import.
All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of you the customer, and Howl & Growl is not responsible, nor can offer any specific advice regarding customs duties and taxes. The title of ownership transfers to you following exportation from the U.A.E.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order (furniture items) and the emirate you live in. To find out how much your order will cost (please refer to guide below) and once you add the items you would like to purchase into your cart, and proceed to the checkout page the shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Occasionally we offer FREE shipping on all orders so please refer to the Announcement bar at the top of the website page to see if this offer is applicable at the time of your order.
Within Dubai:
Orders under 200dhs = 20 dhs shipping cost
Orders over 200dhs = Free Delivery
Pet Furniture, Cat Beds & Dog Beds = 50-180 dhs (rest of UAE)
