We accept returns within 5 business days of receipt of your order if the items are unused and in a saleable condition or if the wrong item has been sent. If 5 working days have passed since your purchase regrettably we cannot offer an exchange or credit note.

Working days are Sunday to Thursday excluding UAE Public Holidays.

When returning an item within 5 working days, simply send us an email to info@howlandgrowl.com with the details of your purchase including the original invoice and share the reason for seeking a credit note or exchange.  

If approved, we require the product to be returned to us in the original packaging in an unused condition. Animal hairs, food, slobber, dirt and grease marks can easily transfer onto products when handling them or trying them on your pet, so please take care and avoid scenting items with perfume.

If the return is accepted we will provide you with a credit voucher (excluding the initial shipping cost), which you can use to purchase any product from Howl & Growl.

Refunds do not include any shipping or handling charges shown on the original invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. If the product has been damaged during the return to Howl & Growl Dubai, this is the full responsibility of the customer and no credit will be given.

In this case, we can return the product to you on your request. If the product is lost in transit or not delivered to Howl & Growl, this is also the full responsibility of the customer. If we receive the returned shipment as per the mentioned guidelines, and you are entitled to credit, we will send you an email with a promotion code that you can use when you place your order.

Only faulty goods are eligible for refund. Goods are considered faulty if they are damaged as new, or a fault becomes apparent during initial use. In this instance we can offer refunds or repair the item for you.

Sale items are non-refundable. Pre-order and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded.
